Eviction Protection Warranty

If an eviction occurs, we cover all legal fees, court costs, and court attendance — plus the next tenant placement at no leasing fee, covering up to 4 weeks of lost rent.

Additional $1,000 Pet Damage Guarantee

$5/mo per unit

Our standard Pet Guarantee covers $2,000 of pet-related damage above the security deposit. Add an extra $1,000 of protection for just $5/month.

Preventative Maintenance Bi-Annual Inspections

$100 per inspection

Full property walk-through every 6 months. Includes HVAC filter change, smoke & CO detector battery checks, written report with photos, and tenant damage coordination.
