Add Eviction Protection for $25/month per qualifying unit.

Tenant issue arises
If a covered tenant fails to pay or violates the lease and eviction is required, notify us immediately.

STL Property Managers manages the full legal process — filing, court appearances, and coordination with attorneys — at zero additional cost to you.

We re-lease at no charge
Once the unit is vacated, we find your next tenant with no leasing fee, covering up to 4 weeks of lost rent during the process.
Eligibility Requirements
Tenant must have been placed by STL Property Managers LLC, OR
For existing tenants: STL Property Managers will review the tenant's payment history and, at our sole discretion, may accept them onto the program
Unit must not be subsidized by a HUD program (e.g., Section 8)
